Yoga Class
Take a midweek break and recharge with our Thursday Yoga Class, held every week from 12:10 PM to 12:50 PM in Suite 1320. This 40-minute session is perfect for all levels—whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just starting out. Led by a certified instructor, the class focuses on gentle movement, stretching, and mindfulness to help you reset and return to your day feeling refreshed and energized.
